Club Members get a 7 Day Fish & Coral Warranty
Not only are we the only one’s who have a ‘true’ quarantine facility, we offer our Membership Club Members a 7 Day Saltwater Fish & Coral Warranty.
In the event of SW Fish or Coral loss, details of the Warranty are as follows:
- Water Sample & the fish body or coral carcass must be provided. We must be notified immediately upon the loss (this is so we can determine if you have a water quality issue and advise you on how to prevent further losses)
- Our Acclimation Procedures must be followed (written instructions available by the Check Out Till)
- Death to aggression from tank mates voids the 7 day warranty
- Fish purchased prior to passing our quarantine period do not qualify.
- Invertebrates, Anenomes, Clams, and Specialty Orders are not included in the Livestock Warranty (this is due to their sensitive nature)
- No extension beyond the 7 Day Warranty period allowed.
We ask that you would kindly not add any fish from other sources within the same time period as Aquarium Illusions fish. We take the extra measures of quaranting our fish before we sell them to ensure our valued customers get the healthiest livestock possible. Adding our quarantined fish at the same time as fish that haven’t been quarantined will put your healthy fish at risk.
Definition of True Quarantine is: An entire shipment of fish held in an independently filtered systems until they are healthy, eating, free of any parasite or disease, & adjusted to the aquarium atmosphere. The shipment is in total isolation from coming into contact with other shipments. Fish remain in isolation until they have passed the time period and are eating. Our corals are dipped and acclimated to the aquarium environment before release for sale.
