Elegance Coral Green Colored Tips

The Elegance Coral is a large polyp stony (LPS) often referred to as Elegant Coral, Wonder Coral, and is imported from Australia. It is one of the most unique and interesting stony coral known. The many colors variations can be lime green to yellow with blue, orange, pink or purple-tipped tentacles which vary in length and shape.

Elegance Coral is a fairly easy coral to care for, so it makes for an excellent choice for the beginner aquarist. It is fairly aggressive to space is required from neighboring corals. It has been known to sting when handled, so do so with caution.

Ideal reef aquarium conditions for the Elegance Coral should include moderate lighting with moderate flow. Best placed on a soft substrated to avoid irritating the flesh on the bottom part of the skeleton.

It will benefit from additional food fed daily in the form of micro-plankton or brine shrimp.
