Because we are often delivering Fish & Corals, we will not leave the delivery unless someone is home to receive it. Please call us if you need to make alternative delivery arrangements. Failed delivery attempts will be brought back to the store for pick up the next day. Rescheduled deliveries will be subject to $10 redelivery fee.

How to Get Pick-Up Service? 

Order online and select “Store PICK-UP” at checkout. When you arrive at the store, call (780) 483-7027 and we will bring out your order. *We ask that you open your trunk so that we can give you your purchases with no contact. Pick up is available 7 days per week.

Special Customer Service Measures for Livestock Orders: 

If you want to see what you are buying first, we have the ability to FaceTime call with you, or we will text you pictures if at all possible. It remains our goal to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible.
