The Striped Shrimp (Lysmata kuekenthali) is said to eat Aiptasia just like Peppermint Shrimp (L. wurdemanni) - supposedly they are even more effective at eradicating this pest. Additionally, this shrimp will clean fish from skin parasites - a truly multi-talented tankmate! They grow up to 5-6 cm large and need a marine aquarium of about 50 liters or more. They are sociable and can be kept in groups of 2 or more if desired.
